One of the major causes of premature pavement failure is from moisture penetrating the pavement surface. As pavement ages, it begins to crack. Moisture seeps through these cracks damaging the pavement. The cracks widen, potholes form and the entire pavement system degrades. Crack sealing is a cost-effective method of preventing moisture from seeping into the pavement thus prolonging its lifespan. We use a cold pour bituminous product.
